Central Polk Parkway from State Road 570 to US Highway 17

Prince is constructing more than 6 miles of new roadway from State Road 570 to U.S. Highway 17. Two new interchanges are being built at SR 570 and State Road 540 with an at-grade intersection. Milling, resurfacing and widening will occur at SR 570 and 540, as well as US 17.

This project includes:

• 3,361,463 cubic yards of embankment
• 400,000 square yards of roadway base
• 131,217 tons of asphalt
• 47,000 linear feet of storm pipe
• 19,000 linear feet of barrier walls
• 226,000 square feet of mechanically stabilized earth walls
• 12,107 cubic yards of bridge concrete
• 18,247 linear feet of concrete beams
• 32,567 linear feet of 24-inch concrete piles
• 2,584,350 pounds of structural steel beams

Central Polk Parkway will be a new four-lane rural, divided limited access, All-Electronic Tolling facility in Polk County Florida.
