This 800-day, $21.4 million project consisted of the reconstruction of US 301 from a two-lane roadway to a four-lane divided roadway for 1.9 miles from just south of Raulerson Ranch Road to just north of Bradley Road. The project included approximately 25,000 linear feet of storm drainage, removal of an existing two-lane bridge and construction of a new four-lane bridge. It also included replacing one signalized intersection, adding one new signalized intersection, construction of four retention ponds, and removing approximately 100,000 cubic yards of unsuitable material.
