The I-75 / University Parkway Interchange that Prince completed construction on last year has received another honor!  As the Boca Raton Tribune reports in the link below, the project has been awarded with the “Best Use of Technology & Innovation, Medium category”,  by America’s Transportation Awards.

Along with our standard bidding, Prince has been awarded several Cut & Toss contracts throughout Florida DOT Districts 2, 5, and the Turnpike.  For these contracts, crews are initially required to be available for pre-positioning in the event of a major storm.  The crew’s primary tasks will be to provide immediate access through state roads for first responders, as well as the traveling public once safe access is established.  The crews will work in conjunction with State Officials and Power Companies to achieve safe passage for the traveling public.

The I-75 / University Parkway Interchange that Prince completed construction on last year is going to be honored by the American Council of Engineering Companies at both the state and national levels.  Check out the story from the Sarasota Herald-Tribune below.
