On August 2, 2004, Prince was awarded Phase One of the Providence Residential and Golf Course Community in Loughman, Fla. This large site development project is located on approximately 1,000 acres in Osceola County. Prince’s work for phase one included moving 2,125,680 cubic yards of dirt, constructing 1.9 miles of entrance boulevard and building a new Michael Dasher-designed nine-hole golf course. Prince was subsequently awarded four additional subdivisions within the development (548 single family home lots,) as well as the master drainage and raw water main and the site work for the development’s club house.
