Macon, GA., April 16, 2010- Princewas announced as the successful bidder for the Georgia Depart of Transportation’s (GDOT) widening and reconstruction of I-75/SR 401 beginning south of Pierce Avenue and extending north of Arkwright Drive. During the $54 million, 30 month interstate project, Prince will widen 3.65 miles of the existing road, construct seven bridges, and install Video Detection Systems (VDS) at intersections.

This will be Prince’s second project with the GDOT since July. In September of 2009, Prince commenced work on a $29 million segment of Fall Line Freeway in Twiggs and Wilkinson counties.
