Job summary

The Equipment Administrator supports the Equipment Manager in assisting with the day-to-day operations and repair of all equipment and vehicles, while supporting the employees within the Equipment/Mechanical Department

Job Description

  • Assist with the dispatching of vehicles and equipment and obtaining as necessary, all permits, licenses, titles, safety checks, etc. as required by PRINCE policy, state and/or federal regulations or to meet the satisfaction of our clients/employees.
  • Maintain equipment files including inventory, repair, maintenance, etc.
  • Perform additional assignments as requested by the Equipment Manager and Supervisor
  • Assist in reviewing, scheduling and coordinating ongoing maintenance activities to minimize disruptions on the projects
  • Maintain spare parts/maintenance supply inventory and assist Equipment Manager in the coordination of purchasing materials and supplies for maintenance services.


  • College degree preferred in construction and/or experience in construction equipment utilization
  • Must possess practical knowledge of the function, operation and maintenance of construction equipment
  • Must possess excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Must possess strong organizational skills and excellent technical knowledge is required
  • Excellent Multitasking skills and strong ability to solve problems
  • Computer proficiencies to include EXCEL spreadsheets and  Microsoft WORD
  • Must have a clean Florida driver’s license.
  • 50% driving in heavy traffic in Tampa Bay Area. Occasional driving from Tampa to Fort Myers/Orlando areas. 50% working in corporate office. 50% working in corporate office with ability to work at a desk using a computer and phone.
