Job Summary: The Procurement Coordinator works with Contracts Administration, Project Management teams and Estimating to deliver results by performing the following responsibilities:


  • Work with the Contracts Administrator to prepare and issue subcontracts and purchase orders which comply with Prince policy including negotiation of subcontract/purchase order terms, conditions and pricing with the subcontractor or vendor
  • Log status of subcontracts and purchase orders including proper Sharepoint filing
  • Ensure subcontractor bonds and insurance certificates are correct and up-to-date and properly filed
  • Work with Estimating and the Project Management teams to find and hire qualified DBE subcontractors and vendors and track subcontract and vendor DBE status and submit monthly report to Prince executives
  • Compile subcontractor and vendor quotes from newly acquired projects and work with the Project Management teams to complete the buyout
  • Assist Estimating with quote requests during project bids
