SUMMARY

Assist the Controller with the production of periodic financial reports, maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records, and a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk, enhance the accuracy of the company’s reported financial results, and ensure that reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles or international financial reporting standards.

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with the budget, cost and variance analyses
  • Ensures proper allocation of overhead charges
  • Helps with financial planning and modeling
  • Assists in the preparation of operating budgets

 

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor Degree (B.A.) in Accounting or Finance from four-year college or university
  • Proficient in Microsoft EXCEL and database applications
  • Must possess excellent written and communication skills
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
  • Must possess the ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries and complaints
  • Must be able to calculate figures and amounts for all bookkeeping, payroll, budgets, statistical analysis and probability statements
