Transportation construction projects are Prince’s core market and the focus of our business. Prince’s competitive market advantage is our ability to construct both greenfield and brownfield roadway projects utilizing internal resources such as Princemanagement, crews, and equipment for all the critical steps in the construction process.

Additionally, Prince’s self-performing business model gives us the ability to maintain construction schedules that gives us a competitive edge in the roadway construction market. The flexibility of this strategy allows us to strategically allocate our manpower and equipment to maximize efficiency. Our clients also enjoy the benefits of our flexibility to work with them as their needs change throughout a project.

The majority of Prince’s Transportation projects across Florida are for local and state authorities. Prince has worked with several major counties and we are also experienced with the Florida Department of Transportation statewide. These relationships and our reputation as a leading transportation contractor are the foundation that Prince will use to build partnerships with the public sector as innovative project delivery methods advance in transportation development.
