At the South Terminal of the Orlando International Airport (OIA) in Orange County, Florida, Prince will perform all Airside site utility work for the complete construction of the water distribution, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer systems for the OIA South Terminal C.

In 2007 Prince completed a total renovation of Dubsdread, originally built in 1924. This historic course, located in Orlando’s College Park neighborhood, was renovated to bring the golf facilities up to 21st century standards and to improve the surrounding area's stormwater treatment quality and capacity.

During this 11-month, $12.3 million project, Prince performed the site work for 374 single-family lots in the Durbin Crossing South Development in Northwest St. Johns County.

On August 2, 2004, Prince was awarded Phase One of the Providence Residential and Golf Course Community in Loughman, Fla. This large site development project is located on approximately 1,000 acres in Osceola County.

This site infrastructure project is located in the City of St. Cloud and consisted of site prep for 125 lots on approximately 45 acres of land. Prince constructed 1.5 miles of roadway, 3,500 linear feet of drainage and more than 15,000 feet of utilities...
