During this 540-day, $14.5 million project, Prince widened the two-lane section of the existing roadway to four lanes and extended the four-lane roadway section north to DeSoto Road.

The Prince-Atkins Design-Build team worked together to complete this 700-day, $20.8 million project for District Five of the FDOT. The scope of the project included adding loop ramps in each quadrant of the interchange, reconstructing one mile of US 27 with the addition of two lanes, and widening SR 50 by two lanes for .7 miles.

The US 301 project commenced on November 17, 2008 and consisted of widening US 301 from two lanes to six lanes for a six mile stretch of highway between Gibsonton Drive and CR 672 in Hillsborough County for The Florida Department of Transportation.

In 2007 Prince completed a total renovation of Dubsdread, originally built in 1924. This historic course, located in Orlando’s College Park neighborhood, was renovated to bring the golf facilities up to 21st century standards and to improve the surrounding area's stormwater treatment quality and capacity.
